PAL runs at 25 FPS and typically has a resolution of 625 scan lines, giving it slightly better image quality than NTSC.The frame rate of PAL matches the power frequency in many regions (50 Hz), making it a better fit for electrical systems outside North America. While PAL provides smooth motion and vibrant colors, it’s not directly compatible with NTSC systems, requiring conversion for playback in regions using different standards.
